Darrell GrindstaffÕs USS Missouri T-Shirts and Tank Tops

Mighty-Mo-Bad-To-The-Bone-Headline

This vivid design depicts the USS Missouri battleship, "Mighty Mo" firing her awesome 16-inch guns. The huge blasts of fire and gasses light up the ship and reflect off the water in this richly colored twilight scene. 7 colors were employed in order to insure the vibrancy, clarity and the durability of the screen print.

Of course it will, if you
follow this handy guide:

The chart above shows the actual circumference of the shirts. Measure your chest and hips, then compare to the chart to determine the preferred size. Bear in mind that the cotton jersey fabric is very "stretchy" so if you like them tight then pick one that is the same as your measurement or even an inch or so smaller. If you like them loose and comfortable, choose a size that is one inch to two inches larger than your measurement.

The T-shirts are printed on

Fruit of the Loom¨
heavyweight shirts

The tank tops are printed on

Anvil¨
heavyweight shirts.

Both styles are preshrunk
by their manufacturers.

The USS Missouri, affectionately nicknamed "Mighty Mo" by members of her crew, is a veteran of three wars (World War II, the Korean War and Desert Storm) and her military career spans more than four decades. The Mighty Mo was halfway through construction when the USS Arizona was sunk by the Japanese during their attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, marking the beginning of World War II. Four years later the Mighty Mo was the site of the official surrender of the Japanese in 1945, marking the end of World War II.

Today the BB-63, Iowa-class battleship is a floating museum moored just a ship's length from the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The museum is open to the public, and is a major attraction in Hawaii.
