Oahu is known as ÒThe Gathering Place,Ó and is the center for government and commerce. It is the isle with the largest population, and is home to Honolulu (the state capitol), Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, Aloha Tower and many world-famous surfing spots such as Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline and many others.
